CHARLOTTE, N.C. — May 4, 2026 — Crescent Peak, a Charlotte-based private investment firm, today announced that Dana Adams has joined the firm as a Principal. Adams will focus on sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting Crescent Peak’s portfolio companies as they scale operations and pursue strategic growth initiatives.

Adams most recently served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs, where he advised publicly traded, founder-led, and private equity-backed businesses on M&A, capital allocation, and strategic alternatives. His transaction experience includes sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory assignments across infrastructure, industrial, construction products, and services-oriented businesses.

I look forward to working with the team to source compelling opportunities and help build great companies.”
