Managing Partner
Reggie currently serves as a chief operator and investment team member for Crescent Peak. Prior to this, Reggie served as CEO of IRIS Solutions, a managed IT security services firm (MSSP) based in Charlotte, NC. IRIS was acquired by Anatomy IT, a portfolio company of Atlantic Street Capital, in May of 2023. Prior to IRIS, Reggie held management roles at Deloitte and PwC. Reggie completed his B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Clemson University, his MBA from Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University, and executive education at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
Partner
Ross currently serves as an operator and investment team member for Crescent Peak. Prior to this, Ross was an Associate at Falfurrias Capital Partners on the Investment Team where he assisted in deal execution and board and investor relations for several portfolio companies, as well as for the broader fund. Prior to FCP, his career highlights include roles in strategy, finance, and sales. Ross earned a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Principal
Dana focuses on sourcing new investments, executing transactions, and supporting Crescent Peak’s portfolio companies as they scale. He joined the firm from Goldman Sachs, where he was a Vice President advising public, founder-led, and PE-backed businesses on M&A and strategic alternatives across the infrastructure, industrial, construction products, and services sectors. Earlier, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company and an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, where he led roughly 30 felony jury trials. Dana holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business, a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Miami.
Vice President
Alex currently serves as an investment team member for Crescent Peak. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as an Analyst in the Investor Services division at Brown Brothers Harriman, where he played a key role in a specialized team dedicated to BBH's largest client. Earlier in his career, he also completed a co-op at State Street, contributing to the Recovery & Resolution Planning team. Alex holds a B.S. in Finance from Northeastern University and an ALM in Management from Harvard University.

Advisor
Nick Bokios is a senior insurance and surety executive who advises contractors, private equity sponsors, and middle-market businesses on complex risk, bonding, and insurance strategies across North America. As a President at American Global LLC, Nick leads the firm's Midwest operations from Chicago, partnering with construction companies and PE firms on buy-side and sell-side transactions, recapitalizations, and growth initiatives. Previously, he served as Vice President and Senior Contract Underwriting Officer for the Midwest at Liberty Mutual Surety. Nick holds the CPCU designation, a Finance degree from Illinois State University, and an MBA from Colorado State University. He is an Eagle Scout and served ten years as a volunteer firefighter and EMT.
Advisor
Recently retired Colonel Katrina Terry, PhD, previously served as the Cyber Force Development Chief and Executive Director for Cyberspace Talent Management for the United States Air Force. Katrina brings to Crescent Peak her extensive experience in team leadership and in contracting within USAF. In an incredible career including working at the Pentagon, serving as Cyberspace Integration & Implementation Team Lead for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, and the Commander for Washington Area Communications Command at the White House, Katrina also obtained several advanced academic degrees, including a Masters in Cyber Warfare from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology and a PhD. in Educational Leadership.

Dr. Amul Tevar is a distinguished energy and robotics engineer with expertise in developing and commercializing advanced technologies. He holds a PhD from Carnegie Mellon University and has pioneered innovations like root imaging robotics with applications in construction, manufacturing, and other fields. At ARPA-E, he helped launch $100 million in energy projects and currently leads a multimillion dollar robotics platform focused on efficiency and sustainability. His work has spanned industries and includes work in product development, technology landscape analyses, and disruptive innovations in construction, energy, manufacturing, and healthcare.

Kendall Simmonds is a senior financial executive with over 18 years of experience leading complex capital solutions for middle-market clients, specializing in Aerospace & Defense and industrials. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at PNC Bank, building a high-performing platform delivering integrated credit and capital markets solutions. Previously, he held senior roles at Wells Fargo and Union Bank leading A&D coverage. Kendall holds an M.A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS and a B.A. from UC Berkeley, and serves on the Los Angeles Urban League Board of Directors.
