Crescent Peak Promotes Alex Moazzami to Vice President

Crescent Peak, a private investment firm focused on partnering with founder- and management-led businesses, today announced the promotion of Alex Moazzami to Vice President.

Since joining Crescent Peak, Mr. Moazzami has played a key role in advancing the firm's investment strategy and supporting portfolio company growth initiatives. Most recently, he was instrumental to the successful sourcing, diligence, and closing of Crescent Peak's two most recent platform acquisitions, working closely with management teams and advisors throughout the transaction process.

Background

Prior to joining Crescent Peak, Mr. Moazzami served as an Analyst at Brown Brothers Harriman. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Northeastern University and an ALM in Management from Harvard University.
